Social Stores Online Pty Ltd Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is a contract between you (the Customer) and “Social Stores Online Pty Ltd (ACN 162 061 225).


This service is owned and operated by Social Stores Online Pty Ltd. No material from www.socialstoresonline.com or www.socialstoresonline.com.au or any other source owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Social Stores Online Pty Ltd may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way unless permission has been expressly granted by Social Stores Online.


Services, products and data are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties, either express or implied. This agreement is not intended to express or imply a warranty for services or products. Customer acknowledges and agrees that any material, data or products obtained through the use of services is done at its own risk and discretion .

Social Stores online and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, shall not be liable, under any circumstances or legal theories whatsoever, for any loss of business, profits or goodwill, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages that result in any way from the Customers use or inability to use the online services or the software, or that result from errors, omissions, delays in operation or transmission, or any other failure of performance of the services and/or delivery network, or the software.

By using this Service the customer is gaining knowledge of Social Stores Online products and services, and therefore the customer is agreeing that he/she will not compete with Social Stores Online products or services in any way. The Customer is agreeing that he/she will not develop, and has not developed a competing product or similar product and/or service to Social Stores Online products and services. More specifically, the customer is agreeing that he/she will not develop F-Commerce software, Facebook Store Packages and/or offer products and services such as that,  or similar to that of  the packages and services as made available by “Social Stores Online”


Termination by Customer.  The customer can cancel monthly hosting services without notice or consequence at any time.

In order to terminate a hosting account and to close down a store, Customer should notify the hosting provider of the closure of their account and discontinue making payments of monthly hosting services fees.

Upon termination of an account (and/or non payment of monthly hosting charges), all data will be permanently deleted from the network.  Backup of any and all data, records, images, graphics etc will be the Customers’ responsibility. Once an account has been terminated and the store has been deleted from the network (upon termination of the account), all data, records, images and graphics will be permanently unavailable.


Once graphic design and setup services have been completed and delivered to a client, and digital media has been delivered , we do not offer refunds.


The construction, validity and performance of this agreement shall be governed in all respects by the law of New South Wales Australia and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales Australia.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason it shall be severable and shall not affect the remaining provisions of this agreement.

References to any party to this agreement shall be deemed to be references to or include as appropriate their respective successors and permitted assigns.
