5. Social Stores Online shall not be responsible for any breach of the above terms and conditions through no fault of its own or through matters that arise which are outside of its control.
The Customer releases Social Stores Online, its directors, officers, affiliates, partners and employees from any claims, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities arising out of (directly or indirectly) or in connection with the said breaches and
The Customer indemnifies Social Stores Online, its directors, officers, affiliates, partners, and employees in respect of all claims, losses, damages, expenses and liabilities which arise as a consequence of or in connection with the said breaches.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that content available from www.socialstoresonline.com or www.socialstoresonline.com.au, or any other source owned, operated, licensed or controlled by Social Stores Online Pty Ltd including but not limited to text, software, logos, trade marks, service marks, photographs, graphics, or video, is protected by copyright, trade mark, patent, or other proprietary rights and laws, and may not be used in any manner unless permission has been expressly granted by Social Stores Online Pty Ltd.
